Lumber and Building Material Retailers allow mailers to reach both small and large retail operations who primarily sell lumber and a general line of building materials to the public as well as to construction contractors, resellers and other allied to the construction field.
These retail operations may sell dressed lumber, flooring, molding, doors, sashes, frames, and other millwork. Building material is any material which is used for construction purposes. The building materials may include roofing, siding, shingles, wallboard, paint, brick, cement, sand, gravel, tile, as well as, hardware and other building materials and supplies.
Also included are wholesale lumber retailers. They sell products to customers in large quantities, typically to a reseller who has purchased the lumber products in bulk. These buyers or resellers typically receive a price that is well below standard retail. Some of their products would include composite board products, wood-based-wholesale, door frames, tile board, fencing and kitchen cabinets.
These retail operations require business products for the front and back office, promotional materials for sales and marketing, display fixtures, tags and labels as well as warehousing and janitorial needs.
